A co-worker handed me a necklace and
asked me to remake it in silver for her mother. I
was not familiar with the technique, but after a trip to
my favorite local bead store,
Ornamentea, I was ready to go with a newly learned
technique and all the supplies I needed.
The technique is
simple and, in my opinion, looks nicer than using crimps
to make the illusion necklace.
I used 8mm
crystal AB Swarovski rounds, placed 1 1/2 inches apart,
and sterling silver beads. |
